Alliance / Fort Worth Clinic

We’re excited to announce that our third clinic location is now open in the Alliance / North Fort Worth area (Riverside Dr. & N. Tarrant Pkwy). We’re now welcoming families into this brand-new space, where we continue offering Autism Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy. We’re so thankful for the Lord’s guidance and the opportunity to serve even more families in this growing community 💙💫

About the Clinic

Our Alliance / Fort Worth clinic is designed with children in mind — bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully arranged to support growth and development. From sensory gyms and swings to structured therapy rooms and skill-building spaces, every area is created to help children feel comfortable, safe, and ready to engage when they arrive.

Parents often tell us the first thing they notice in our clinics is the atmosphere — calm, organized, and encouraging. We’re bringing that same experience to Alliance / Fort Worth. Children walk in with curiosity and quickly settle into sessions that are engaging, structured, and focused on meaningful progress.

What to Expect

Starting therapy shouldn’t feel stressful — and here, it isn’t. Whether your child is beginning Autism therapy, speech therapy, or occupational therapy, our five-step process helps your family feel supported and confident from the very beginning.

  • 1

    Free Consultation

We take time to get to know you, your child, and your goals. This first conversation helps us understand your child’s strengths, challenges, and what you’d most like to see them achieve.

  • 2

    Initial Assessment

A licensed therapist or BCBA completes a thorough, individualized assessment to identify your child’s current skills and areas for growth. This includes observation and an in-depth parent interview to better understand your child’s daily routines and needs.

  • 3

    Individualized Treatment Plan

Based on the assessment, your child’s therapist develops a customized plan of care with specific goals. Families play a key role in this process — your input helps guide priorities and shape the plan that’s best for your child.

  • 4

    Insurance Authorization

Once the plan is approved by you, we’ll handle the insurance process and confirm your schedule. For ABA services, authorization may take a few weeks depending on your insurance provider.

  • 5

    Ongoing Therapy

Your child begins one-on-one sessions with our therapists in a structured, encouraging environment. We provide regular progress updates, share at-home strategies, and celebrate each milestone together.

We know getting started with therapy can feel overwhelming, so we do our best to make it easy. Our clinic accepts Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Magellan (with BCBS), United Healthcare, Optum, Cigna, Scott & White, Tricare, and Private Pay.

If you’re unsure what your plan covers, our team can verify your benefits and walk you through every step before your child’s first appointment.

(Please note: we currently do not accept Medicaid, Medicare, or Cooks.)

Every Milestone Matters

At Allison’s Therapy Corner, we celebrate progress — big and small. Whether your child says a new word, ties their shoes, or conquers a tough challenge, we’ll be right there cheering them on. Because to us, therapy isn’t just about skills. It’s about confidence, connection, and joy.
